Historic 1930s motor yacht Atlantide completes rebuild at Huisfit

The 37.28-metre Philip & Sons classic motor yacht Atlantide has been relaunched following an extensive rebuild and restoration and Royal Huisman's Huisfit facility in the Netherlands. The motor yacht has been under reconstruction for two years, after arriving at the Vollenhove facility in January 2021, and the yard has described the restoration as an extensive rebuild, which was deemed necessary due to the condition of the yacht.Atlantide yacht relaunch following refit Designed by naval architect Alfred Mylne of A. Mylne & Co, Atlantide was built by British yard Philip & Sons and has a rich history. She was acquired in 2020 by her new owner, the keen yachtsman Jim Clark, who have worked with Royal Huisman for many years on the build of the three sailing yachts; the 90-metre Athena, the J-Class racing yacht Hanuman and the 42.1-metre Hyperion.
