Initially launched as TIS and later known as Lady Gulya, Alaiya, built by Lürssen Yachts, unveiled her sophisticated interior during her first public appearance at the Monaco Yacht Show in 2019. Following a comprehensive refit in 2020, the motor yacht, previously featuring a blue hull designed by Winch Design, now boasts a chic light beige exterior.
